What CrewLine collects
Account contact information; project membership and role; safety acknowledgments; work records; certifications; job-site addresses; photos, documents, and other content you submit; precise location when you choose an acknowledgment location or activate panic; device notification tokens; protected health or injury information only when submitted through the incident workflow; and limited redacted error, performance, and release diagnostics.
Why it is used
We use this information to provide project communication, safety, workforce, documentation, audit, notification, security, support, and legally configured retention functions. CrewLine does not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
Sharing and storage
Information is shared with authorized members of the job sites to which it belongs and with infrastructure providers required to operate CrewLine. Site access is role based. Private files are stored with access controls.
Location, camera, and microphone
Location is requested only for features that clearly ask for it. Camera/photo access supports field documentation. Speech-to-text uses the browser or device speech service; do not dictate sensitive medical details into ordinary project fields.
Retention and your choices
Project records may be retained under customer, legal, safety, or audit requirements. In the app you can export your account data and initiate account deletion. Some attributed project records may be retained or de-identified where legally required.
Contact
For privacy or deletion questions, contact the CrewLine operator using the support contact published with your deployment.
