Get the right information to your project administrator without exposing private field records.
Get help
Contact the CrewLine administrator identified by your employer or project. Include your project name, device type, app version, and a short description of the problem. Do not include passwords, access tokens, protected incident details, or private medical information.
Safety emergencies
CrewLine is not a replacement for emergency services or your site emergency action plan. If a safety emergency is not confirmed as sent, use the site’s established radio, phone, alarm, and emergency-call procedures immediately.
Account and privacy requests
Signed-in users can export account data and request deletion from the More screen. For access problems, privacy questions, or a request you cannot submit in the app, contact your CrewLine administrator.
