Authorized use
CrewLine is provided for authorized project communication and field operations. Use only the account, sites, and records assigned to you. Keep credentials and devices secure and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Safety responsibilities
CrewLine supports communication and recordkeeping but does not replace trained judgment, required supervision, emergency services, or the project’s emergency action plan. Follow applicable laws, procedures, permits, and site instructions. Never assume an alert or panic message was delivered unless the app confirms submission and the site’s required response occurs.
Content and records
Submit accurate project information and only content you are authorized to share. Protected incident details belong in the protected incident workflow, not ordinary notes, photos, or voice dictation. Project records may be retained for safety, audit, contractual, or legal requirements.
Availability
Connectivity, device conditions, and third-party infrastructure can interrupt service. Offline indicators and sync status must be reviewed before relying on a submitted record. Use established alternate communication methods whenever the app is unavailable.
Administration
Your organization or project administrator controls membership, roles, retention settings, and deployment support. Access may be suspended or removed when authorization ends or these terms are violated.
